We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected moving and storage organization, for a Residential Sales Consultant. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to build a long-term career with an organization committed to developing future leaders through succession planning. You'll work with a steady stream of company-provided leads , conducting in-home and virtual moving surveys, preparing estimates, and helping homeowners through the relocation process. Rather than spending your time prospecting, you'll focus on what matters mostbuilding rapport, delivering solutions, and closing business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual moving surveys for residential customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates and customized relocation solutions.
• Convert company-generated leads into closed business through consultative selling.
• Build lasting customer relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless move from sale through completion.

• $55,000 recoverable commission draw.
• 7% commission on closed business.
• Target earnings of $100,000+ annually.
