What You'll Do

:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the vehicle selection process, ensuring they find the perfect fit.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate sales and financing options to close deals effectively.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and stay updated on industry trends.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

What You Bring

: Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
