Requirements

:

• Must have an dedicated internet connection with a minimum of 15 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only). Satellite internet providers cannot be used. You must also be able to be hard wired to your router (wifi connection will not be sufficient) Full 8 hour work days with flexible schedule; Monday through Friday (No Weekends or extended hours) Work directly with professionals in the real estate industry (Agents & Brokers) across the entire U.S. High energy, team oriented, professional and positive "virtual" atmosphere. REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years sales experience a must with at least 2 year of successful cold calling experience. Must reside in the Sacramento California Region A strong presence of professionalism and leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionally aggressive approach to making outbound calls without fear or hesitation Ability to cold call and convert high quality "scrubbed" leads provided daily by iHouseweb leads Strong command of the English language Internet research capabilities Proactive, enthusiastic and disciplined attitude towards work Knowledge of real estate industry a plus, but not required This is a full-time position, Base Salary, commissions, benefits package.
