Responsibilities

: Develop and implement strategic recruiting and development plans to achieve company hiring targets and expand our Advisory field-force and market presence. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential new Advisors. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
