In-studio | Full-time Six-day availability | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Tips About the role We Whiten is hiring sales-minded people who love working with clients and know how to close. As a Studio Partner, you're the person our clients see when they come in you create a great experience, walk them through their whitening session, and recommend the right treatment plan and products. We send you the clients; your job is to take great care of them and close. This is a performance role for someone who's motivated by hitting goals and wants their effort to show up in their paycheck. No teeth-whitening experience required we train all of it. What we're looking for is the right mindset: warm with people, driven by numbers, and at your best when there's a goal to chase. What you'll do

• Deliver an excellent, high-energy client experience from check-in to checkout
• Recommend and close treatment plans and products with confidence
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals tracked on a transparent scorecard + live KPI dashboards
• Rebook clients and build a loyal, returning base
• Manage client flow and keep the studio running to a high standard What we're looking for
• A natural closer comfortable recommending and asking for the sale
• Experienced in sales 2+ years of sales experience, membership, door-to-door, medical sales a strong plus
• Motivated by goals and comfortable being measured on results
• Warm, professional, and reliable there to work and take care of people
• Able to keep up with a busy, multi-chair studio and manage client flow
• Available for a six-day schedule, including the flexibility a busy studio needs What you get
