This is a producing sales role with leadership responsibility, and we need 5 or more years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial services, construction, facilities, or property management. Base salary runs $60,000 to $80,000, with uncapped commission that gives a strong performer a realistic path past $120,000 per year.

What You Will Do

Each Day:

• Prospect new commercial customers through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Meet with property owners and managers, and conduct property assessments.
• Prepare proposals and close recurring maintenance agreements and project work.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM with consistent follow-up.
• Shape brand messaging and coordinate campaigns with our Marketing and Sales Admin.
• Represent CAM Pro at industry events and commercial real estate associations. Why You Will Love Working Here:
