Mercedes-Benz Milwaukee North is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers while driving sales and supporting our mission of excellence. Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Conduct needs assessments to help customers select the right vehicle based on their preferences and requirements
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions regarding vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads to close sales
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of vehicle deliveries
• Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz models, promotions, and dealership services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Work collaboratively with the management team and other departments to achieve dealership objectives

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury goods (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
