This role is designed as an entry point into our Brand Styling Sales Team and offers a clear path to a high-earning career. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Sales Project Assistant who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. As an assistant to two Brand Stylists, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship over a 1224 month period. You will learn how to research, develop, and design branded products, create quotes and contracts, and manage complex projects from concept to delivery. You'll build relationships with hundreds of vendors and gain expertise in full-cycle project management for exciting, high-impact campaigns. Compensation

• $25.00$26.50 per hour DOE
• Eligible for overtime pay

Responsibilities

: Sales & Project Coordination Support

• Serve as point of contact on assigned projects, performing a variety of high-level support tasks
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and product information under the direction of a Brand Stylist
• Manage and track the product production cycle, including: vendor confirmation; production timelines, shipping schedules; proof reviews
• Enter and maintain transaction data in Salesforce
• Maintain accurate quote documentation, pricing, and configurations
• Respond to client project inquiries
• Report delays or issues to Brand Stylists and Managing Director
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and fulfillment teams
• Support leadership in additional business initiatives
• Stay current on design and style trends

Qualifications

& Competencies

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Interest in fashion, style, and design trends is a plus
• Ability to work daily in our Sacramento office
• 2+ years of internal and external customer service experience
• 12 years in an administrative role managing multiple deadline-driven projects
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and numerical acumen
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Personable, responsive, and exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
