Then we want to talk to you! Our company is growing and we are looking for an energetic Sales Support B2B person to join our team! Job description and requirements:

• Receiving and processing orders from customers.
• Ability to prepare Power Point, and other Sales Support presentations.
• Strong Excel skills including the ability to format, run VLOOKUP commands and similar.
• Responsible for receiving calls and emails from customers and resolving customer issues such as shipping, product issues, parts and other requests.
• Farming new leads through prospecting, LinkedIn, sales calls and researching potential customers.
• Assist in resolving issues with returns and damages.
• Maintain, organize and inventory fabric and wood swatches, and other sales and marketing materials.
• Other duties as prescribed by management. Job

Requirements

:

• The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, efficient, and detail oriented.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills - both within the company and with our Vendors and Customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 3+ year's experience in customer service.
• Comfortable fielding inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Ability to efficiently complete assignments.
• Strong email etiquette.
