Position Summary

We are helping our client who is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm's continued growth throughout the Round Rock and San Antonio markets. As a member of their Marketing Department, this position serves as the primary business development support resource for the region, partnering closely with Principals, Project Managers, and the Fort Worth Marketing team. The role blends client engagement, market intelligence, and regional pursuit support to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support successful project pursuits. Regular travel between the Round Rock and San Antonio offices, with periodic travel to the Fort Worth headquarters, is expected. Primary

Responsibilities

Market Engagement & Business Development Support

• Support Strategic Business Growth through client engagement, market research, and opportunity identification.
• Develop Strong Industry Relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and professional organizations across Central Texas.
• Coordinate Business Development & Marketing Activities including networking events, client meetings, conferences, sponsorships, and follow up.
• Track Opportunities & Market Intelligence by managing CRM data, RFQs, RFPs, pipelines, and competitive research.
• Partner with Regional Leadership to execute growth strategies and strengthen the firm's presence in the Round Rock and San Antonio markets. What We're Looking For
• 5 to 8 years of AEC business development or marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with the Central Texas AEC market and willingness to travel between Round Rock, San Antonio, and Fort Worth
