• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound calls, cold calling, and networking efforts
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present vehicle options and tailor solutions to their needs
• Conduct effective negotiations to close deals while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Utilize CRM software diligently to track leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales progress
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options while maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in retail sales
• Experience using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
