Requirements

• Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required.
• Hospice, palliative care sales related healthcare experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to the broader team.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required.
