Overview

Our State Farm Agent office in Byron, MN is looking for a friendly, detail- oriented Service Team Member to support our clients with policy service, problem-solving, and day-to-day account needs. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage questions
• Support billing and payment needs and help resolve account issues
• Help clients start and track claims and connect them with the right resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on open items
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products when appropriate (no high-pressure salesservice-first)
• Work closely with the agent and team to meet office goals and deliver a great customer experience What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus) Licensing
• MN Property & Casualty license preferred (or willing to obtain)
• MN Life/Health license a preferred(or willing to obtain)

Compensation

• Hours: Full-time 9:00AM - 5:00PM
• Pay: Competitive hourly + potential bonuses (based on experience and licensing)
