Full description of the position

As a Baltimore Life sales agent, you will perform appropriate sales activities as established by the Company and the Agency Manager. Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We will train a great candidate! Overall, you can:

• Work from almost anywhere in a hybrid/virtual work environment.

• Meet with current and prospective clients to discuss and analyze insurance needs. Provide guidance needed throughout the sales process.
• Conduct annual policy reviews and offer appropriate service to clients.
• Increase persistency of business by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with policyowners.
• In non-buying situations develop a plan for follow up to obtain deferred sales opportunities.
• Maintain suggested amount of set appointments and referrals per week.
• Manage your business using tools and software approved by The Baltimore Life Companies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
