Pedersen Insurance , in partnership with First MainStreet Insurance , is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking an Account Executive to join its team in Nevada, IA. As an Account Executive , you'll maintain regular communication with clients, insurance companies, and producers to ensure accurate policy coverage and account management. This role will service an existing book of commercial and farm insurance business while maintaining client relationships and supporting coverage needs. Position

Responsibilities

:

• Manage and service commercial and farm insurance accounts within an assigned book of business
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals and coverage updates
• Provide risk management services to clients with incremental growth expectations
• Generate revenue through strategic account management and client retention efforts
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Specialist to deliver seamless client service

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience within the insurance industry required
• 2+ years of commercial lines and/or farm insurance experience
