What You'll Do

• Repair phones, with OEM Genuine parts from Apple, Samsung, and Google
• Repair phone screens, batteries, and replace back-glasses
• Explain issues and solutions in a clear, confident, customer-friendly way
• Deliver top-tier customer service from pulling up to driving off.
• Sell Connected Home protection plans and accessories (this is REQUIRED and rewarded)
• Recommend screen protectors and add-ons that actually help customers
• Use hand tools to safely and efficiently disassemble and reassemble devices
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Hit repair, sales, and customer satisfaction goal POSITION DETAILS Once fully trained, serve customers by repairing mobile device screens, batteries, and back-glasses from an outfitted and equipped repair van. This position will travel to customer locations and complete repairs at the customer's site. The repairs will be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. A company fleet vehicle will be provided each day for the technician to drive to the job sites. Gas will also be paid for. This is a sales-heavy role. You'll be responsible for making quality offers while repairing devices. We're looking for remote techs with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn some new skills. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
• Inform customers of job status (en route, arrived, etc.)
• Repair devices
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed UbreakiFix quality standards
• Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Ranges from $16.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commissions , based on experience, performance metrics, sales performance , length of service to the company, and customer satisfaction. Expected hours: 35 45 per week Schedule:
