As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our in-field sales leadership to ensure every location embodies The FLP Sales Framework our structured, consultative, customer-first sales methodology designed to drive consistent performance and exceptional client experiences. The Opportunity We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to work directly with franchise locations across the Southeast. This is a hands-on, in-field role focused on:
• Training sales teams
• Coaching performance improvement
• Reinforcing The FLP Sales Framework
• Driving measurable revenue growth through disciplined execution This position does not manage direct reports but plays a critical leadership role in elevating sales performance across multiple markets. The right candidate will combine strong personal sales experience with the ability to teach, coach, and implement systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to franchise locations to train and coach local sales teams
• Implement and reinforce The FLP Sales Framework across all markets
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-field sales evaluations
• Provide structured performance feedback and improvement plans
• Strengthen pipeline management and lead conversion discipline
• Collaborate with franchise owners to improve close rates and average ticket size
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
• Track KPIs and provide regional performance insights to executive leadership
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, messaging, and brand standards Performance Expectations
• Drive measurable improvements in close rate, average ticket value, and revenue per location
• Increase adoption and consistent execution of The FLP Sales Framework
• Strengthen sales team confidence, professionalism, and consultative selling ability
• Support regional revenue growth toward and beyond $10M annually
• Improve franchise alignment with corporate sales standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership or high-level sales coaching experience
• Experience in home services, home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred
• Strong background in consultative selling
• Proven ability to train and elevate sales teams
• Comfortable working independently and traveling extensively
• Data-driven mindset with strong KPI fluency
• Professional, structured, and process-oriented

Compensation

: $75,000 $90,000+ base salary
