Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized insurance solutions, building strong client relationships, and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums to ensure mutual satisfaction for clients and the company.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and tailor insurance packages accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive information, and adhere to all relevant policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing client needs and market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and benefits administration is advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Prior experience or knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.
