Sales Representative Windows & Doors Builder Brands is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Windows & Doors Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.This position includes a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and industry professionals.
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for window and door replacement projects.
• Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required.
• Experience in windows, doors, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, or home improvement sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
