Customer Account Manager Performance-Based | $18

• +/hr w/ Bonuses RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Customer Account Manager to take ownership of customer accounts, collections, drive results, and maintain strong relationships. This role is built for individuals who prefer structure, consistency, and clear expectations, while also being motivated by performance-based income and personal growth. THE DAY-TO-DAY You can be found in the office Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm , and Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off. OUR IDEAL Customer Account Representative

• Experience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Professional communication skills in English
