Festive Lighting Pros is Sarasota's trusted provider of outdoor, permanent, architectural, and holiday lighting solutions. We create stunning lighting experiences for homes, businesses, and special events through exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sarasota sales team, drive revenue growth, and help expand our presence throughout the region.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Representatives.
• Establish sales goals and implement strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs including lead conversion, close rates, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Sales Operations
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ensure timely lead follow-up and accurate proposal delivery.
• Forecast sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Customer Experience
• Support the team in closing high-value residential and commercial opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and referral partners. Business Development
• Develop partnerships with builders, contractors, HOAs, designers, and local businesses.
• Represent Festive Lighting Pros at networking events, home shows, and community events.
• Identify new opportunities to grow market share throughout Sarasota and surrounding areas. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience leading successful sales teams.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, outdoor living, lighting, landscaping, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
