Field Retention Supervisor Door-to-Door Operation Austin, TX | Full-Time | Performance-Driven Role Relocation required within 30 days of hire

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Field Retention Supervisor with experience in door-to-door, sales, or field operations to lead and develop a high- performing field retention team of 57 reps. This is a hands-on leadership role you will actively run your own route while coaching, mentoring, and scaling your team in the field. You'll set the pace, coach in real time, and drive measurable customer retention and service recovery outcomes. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, understand accountability, and know how to motivate field teams to retain customers and deliver results, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Field Retention Representatives (57)
• Run an active route while building and developing your team
• Work in the field visiting residential and commercial customers to support customer retention and service recovery
• Drive daily productivity, retention performance, and compliance
• Train new hires and continuously develop existing team members
• Conduct ride-alongs, performance check-ins, and corrective coaching
• Serve as the point of contact for escalations and client standards
• Lead by examplethis is not a desk-only position What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retention, sales, canvassing, or field operations
• Proven ability to motivate performance-based field teams
• Strong communication, coaching, and people-development skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally each day
• Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, mobile apps, CRM systems)
• Flexible availability (evenings/weekends as needed)
