What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Make outbound sales calls and conduct customer outreach
• Build relationships with shippers
• Learn customer transportation needs and provide solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Strong Negotiation and Pricing skills for Carriers
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service
• Drive revenue growth and customer retention Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
