Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a blend of retail sales experience, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage accounts and foster long-term relationships. Your role will be to sell Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters and more. Paid immediately upon closing the sale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and territory management.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations as needed to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with software solutions and technology sales is a plus.
• Strong skills in account management and B2B sales are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
• Previous experience in territory sales or sales management is an advantage.
