Inside Sales Representative Home Energy Upgrades

About the Role

Elevation Energy is hiring competitive, coachable closers for our Rocklin, CA office. This is an in-office sales role. You'll be on video with homeowners every day, running structured virtual consultations, walking through numbers, and helping them upgrade their home's energy systems. No door knocking. No driving. No prior solar experience needed. We'll train you from scratch on the products and the process. What You'll Sell You'll help homeowners with:

• Solar panels & solar batteries
• Backup generators
• Home energy monitoring
• EV chargers & other electrical upgrades What You'll Actually Do
• Work from our Rocklin office on a headset and webcam
• Run virtual 1:1 appointments with homeowners (company-set + self-generated)
• Make outbound calls, follow up with interested homeowners, and keep your pipeline full
• Use our tools and proven script to break down their current bills and show clear options
• Educate, build trust, and close deals
• Hit daily / weekly / monthly KPIs inside a competitive, high-performance sales floor Who This Is For Ideal fits include:

Compensation

• Hourly and commission (W2)
• Realistic first-year earnings for full-time performers: $86k+
• Top reps earn more based on production (no cap) Details
• Location: Rocklin, CA (in-office only)
• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Weekdays and/or weekends + some evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners Pay: $73,623.46 - $106,621.80 per year
