Sales Team Member CoaterZ Location: 2321 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota Full-Time CoaterZ is looking for a high-performing sales team member who knows how to sell, communicate, and close. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who understands the automotive custom industry , can build value with customers, and knows how to turn leads into booked jobs. You must be confident on the phone, strong with people, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dealership sales, F &I;, accessories, or aftermarket automotive sales is a huge plus. We are looking for someone who is a team player , honest , high energy , and ready to help us grow.

Responsibilities

:

• Make 30 to 40 phone calls per day
• Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads
• Upsell every customer on additional services and products
• Book jobs and collect payments
• Manage customer communication from start to finish
• Use the CoaterZ CRM to track leads, jobs, and follow-ups
• Deliver strong customer service while driving sales
• Work 5 days per week plus attend car shows and events as needed What We're Looking For:
• Strong sales skills and confidence closing deals
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
• Experience in dealership sales, F &I;, accessories, or automotive restyling
• Knowledge of the car custom industry including services like PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, wraps, detailing, and accessories
• A team player who works well with others
• Someone who is honest, dependable, and high energy
• Someone who is motivated, organized, and performance-driven
