The Role at a Glance In this critical leadership position, you will be developing, growing, leading and managing the residential sales efforts and team for Four Seasons. As a highly motivated and energetic team member, you will lead the efforts of the sales team in meeting the organization's revenue and gross margin targets by developing an overall sales plan, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with both the marketing efforts for lead generation and the production efforts for maintaining consistent delivery of on-time production along with high-quality product and service for our customers. Crucially, you will also take full ownership of our internal lead generation efforts to ensure a robust and active pipeline for your team.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities in this role will include: Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Managing organizational sales by developing a plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls that also expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
• Meeting planned sales goals and achieving growth by both selling products and services and successfully managing the sales team.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Lead Generation & Market Execution
• Taking full ownership of internal lead generation initiatives to consistently drive pipeline growth.
• Coordinating with marketing efforts on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and products, successfully positioning our new exterior remodeling solutions in the market.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Team Development & Coaching
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives along with ongoing training of each individual sales team member.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Customer & Operational Excellence
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Coordinating with production efforts to maintain consistent delivery of on-time production along with high-quality product and service for our customers.

Compensation

The compensation package includes an annual salary plus a commission / bonus structure based on the performance of the overall sales team. Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
