BAPS is now looking to add an Account Manager to their Northeastern Region team, servicing the Providence, Worcester, Danbury and West Haven area. BAPS is an automotive paint and supply retailer that has been around for over 40 years proudly serving our automotive shops, from big dealerships to your local family-owned auto repair shops. Salary: $80,000 annually Monday- Friday / NO WEEKENDS!

Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Establishes new accounts by prospecting potential customers and planning and performing outside sales calls
• Accountable and responsible for all sales related activities and account planning activities, when necessary serves as technical expert for customers including installs and removal of mixing equipment and inventory
• Investigates customer complaints and follows up, based upon Company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates the ability to market the companies' products and services during sales calls
• Takes customer orders, performs some customer deliveries and develops inventory knowledge
• Creates and delivers customer presentations
• Spends a minimum of 90% of time traveling (local or regional) to customer locations
• Performs inventory analysis at customer locations
• Prepares sales call reports and other documentation as required by the Sales Manager
• Record daily activity and potential customer opportunities utilizing our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system.
• Collection calls for overdue payments from Customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
