A1 Auto Sales & Rentals is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer- focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. If you enjoy working with people, are self-motivated, and want the opportunity to earn based on your performance, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships with prospective and returning customers
• Answer sales inquiries in person, by phone, and online
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and financing options
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale

Qualifications

• Clean criminal history and ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Sales experience is preferred but not requiredwe are willing to train the right candidate.
