Uniq Strategies is looking for a Bilingual Sales Associate to help our customers find a signal and a better mobile plan in two languages. We are a sales and development firm that values wit and the ability to offer a phone to someone already holding one. The Bilingual Sales Associate will lead our sales efforts, ensuring our customers in Austin aren't settling for second-best wireless. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll train in AT&T; wireless devices, data plans, upgrade options, and sales strategy, because offering phones in two languages is twice the fun (isn't it?). The Bilingual Sales Associate then simplifies plan features for customers who think 5G is a vitamin and guides them through choices without making them feel technologically inadequate.

Responsibilities

of the Bilingual Sales Associate

• Assist bilingual customers in person in exploring AT&T; cell phone plans and mobile data services that support everyday connectivity needs.
• Guide customers personally through AT&T;'s wireless options in both languages, helping simplify plan features, pricing, and mobile benefits during sales interactions.
• Support customer sales activities by assisting with account setup, wireless activations, and mobile plan selection in a professional manner.
• Build positive customer relationships by delivering personalized bilingual support that strengthens trust and improves the overall AT&T; sales experience.
• Help customers compare AT&T; mobile plans and data options based on communication habits, budget preferences, and device usage needs.
• Contribute to sales performance by supporting customer engagement, wireless enrollments, and long-term satisfaction with AT&T; mobile services.

Qualifications

of the Bilingual Sales Associate

• A strong interest in sales or customer support is a plus.
• Clear, engaging communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Fixes customer concerns in their preferred language to keep AT&T; sales on track.
• Hits daily sales goals by effectively communicating the power of AT&T;'s mobile network.
• Listens to what customers need using their preferred language to suggest the best AT&T; plan. Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
