• 2+ years of P &C; insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
• A strong drive toward prospecting for new client business.
• A self-driven, growth mindset
• A current P &C; license
• Hungry to build a book of business.
• Professionalism, integrity, and client-first focus
• A founder's mentality not an employee's mentality.
• A big plus if you currently work a specific commercial niche.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial clients.
• Assess risks and prepare competitive proposals
• Manage and grow your book with equity ownership.
• Utilize agency systems and markets to place business efficiently
