• Research and identify potential prospects within assigned territories.
• Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach via phone and internet.
• Schedule and participate in sales presentations (web-based, onsite, and offsite).
• Identify, organize, attend, and follow through on trade shows and relevant networking events.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and provide updates on pipeline activity.
• Manage assigned territories, excluding current house accounts and existing sales staff accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required to support business development efforts.

What You Bring

• Minimum of three years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced computer and software skills to support sales and reporting activities. Education & Experience
• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
• Background in production, planning, or related fields preferred. Additional
