Job Summary

Klink Equipment is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Forklift and Equipment Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of forklifts, material handling equipment, and related machinery by developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their operational needs. Your expertise in technical sales, business development, and client management will be essential in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Wage is a base salary that is a range and actual base salary will depend on your experience. Commission is also given.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
• Manage existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase forklift and equipment features aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals efficiently while maximizing profitability.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals through strategic planning, proactive outreach, and persistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment specifications, software integrations, and maintenance options during the sales process.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities. Skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial equipment or technology sectors, particularly involving forklifts or material handling machinery.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills( face to face, via phone, email, text) to effectively articulate product benefits and negotiate complex deals with clients at various organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
