CANYON STATE BUS SALES Position Title: New Bus Salesperson

• Position is based out of and serves Northern Arizona. Summary : Sells/leases new Blue Bird school buses in Northern Arizona

Essential Duties

:

• Maintains/grows required percentage of buses sold in sales territory.
• Upon training/introduction, coordinates and schedules all appointments, bus demonstrations, and customer visits independently and frequently.
• Fully explains product performance, application, and benefits to prospects including optional equipment.
• Makes regular visits school districts with demonstrator bus and offers test drives to all prospects. Salesperson must acquire CDL to drive School Buses.
• Current salesperson averages 30K+ miles per year on personal vehicle (Reliable transportation a must)
• Ensures that sold vehicles for customer are complete and acceptable prior to customer delivery.
• Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Follows up on all post-delivery items and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
• Assists used bus department with dealer trades, titles, and pick-up & delivery.
• Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50% of time with overnight travel required (2-3 weeks, in state, per month).

• Vehicle, Tribal or Government Sales experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

: Annual salary of $55,000-$70,000 based on experience, plus commission.
