About Bayview Horizons Bayview Horizons is a growing sales and client acquisition firm partnering with AT &T Business to deliver customized wireless and mobility solutions to local businesses. We're expanding our Richmond team and looking for motivated, career-driven individuals who want hands-on training, fast growth, and unlimited earning potential. This is an entry-level Account Executive position designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in sales, client management, and leadership. No previous sales experience is required we provide paid training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Present AT&T Business products and services to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to account activation
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored business solutions
