Watson Family Hyundai in Tinley Park, IL is hiring energetic, customer- focused Product Specialists to join our growing sales team. No experience necessary we will train you! As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Deliver exceptional product knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and quality pre-owned cars
• Engage customers with vehicle demos, test drives , and transparent information
• Drive sales performance through professional outbound follow-ups and presentations
• Support inventory control , stock monitoring, and showroom readiness
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless, customer-first experience This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who are organized, coachable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for customers during vehicle inquiries, demos, and test drives.
• Educate buyers on Hyundai models and features, ensuring a smooth and informative sales process.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and build long-term relationships.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features in an engaging and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inventory updates, and sales activities.
• Assist with showroom and lot organization to ensure inventory is customer-ready.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet goals and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience (automotive or retail) preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
