Corey Steel Co., a division of Specialty Steel Works Inc., has led the steel industry in cold-finished steel bar manufacturing and distribution for over 100 years and we are here to stay. Steel is 100% recyclable. We are proud to be of the lowest pollutants in the manufacturing industry. Our products are used in industries that keep everything and everyone in motion, i.e. automotive, agriculture, aerospace. We are about 8.5 miles from downtown Chicago, currently looking for a candidate to fill an on-site, full time Business Development Coordinator position. The ideal candidate:

• has at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or a Bachelor's degree
• reliable
• team-player
• able to work independently
• motivated
• has the aptitude to learn
• proficient in MS Suites
• Knowledge of or experience with Syteline is a plus but will train. If you check these boxes and would like to take part in the continuing evolution of technology, one steel bar at a time, come join our Inside Sales team. If hired, you will:
• Manage and maintain existing accounts. No cold calling!
• Interact daily and directly with customers regarding our products & pricing, their inquiries, orders, resolution to issues and build loads for shipments.
• Monitor and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Work with the Outside Sales team to build relationships to sell our product and service the customer.
• Develop and maintain product, customer, and business process knowledge. We offer competitive wages, annual incentive bonus and/ or profit sharing, paid time off and ten paid holidays (10!!!).
