Outside Sales & Recycling Materials Buyer Waukesha, WI Base Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Join a Growing Company with Over 85 Years of Success Since 1938, Allied Resource Recovery has helped businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin reduce waste, improve sustainability, and maximize the value of recyclable materials. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Recycling Materials Buyer to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Meet with commercial and industrial customers to evaluate recycling needs. Purchase recyclable materials including metals, cardboard, paper, and other commodities. Prepare competitive pricing proposals and recycling solutions. Build long-term customer relationships. Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound business development. Work with operations to ensure outstanding customer service. Maintain customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales, purchasing, account management, or related experience preferred. Experience in recycling, waste, manufacturing, or industrial services is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Excel proficiency preferred; CRM experience helpful. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
