Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Sales Person to drive growth for our recycling company. The ideal candidate is a proactive, competitive go- getter who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by identifying opportunities and expanding demand for recycling services and materials.
• Further grow relationships with existing customers.
• Create and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer recycling needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer proposals.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (recycling, waste management, or industrial sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Basic understanding of recycling materials and processes (training can be provided)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent Skills & Competencies
