While roofing sales experience is a plus, it is not required. We are open to experienced sales professionals from other industries who have a strong work ethic, confidence in working with customers, and a willingness to learn. This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, sales incentives, bonus opportunities, and the ability to build a long-term career with a respected company. Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads
• Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and discuss project needs
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Prepare estimates and guide customers through the sales process
• Manage projects from sale through completion
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, office staff, and production teams
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the company professionally in the field and within the community

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (roofing experience not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Driven to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Dependable with strong follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Good driving record
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting with homeowners
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
