As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through product demonstrations, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing inventory.
• Supervise and train new sales associates as needed to ensure team effectiveness.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with pricing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Skills
• Strong ability to sell products through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts for inventory management.
