Are you mechanically inclined, resourceful, and motivated to build a valuable technical skill set? We're seeking individuals to join our team as Car Key Sales Associates serving the Cincinnati market. This isn't a typical retail position. You'll learn a specialized trade that combines automotive technology, customer engagement, and sales. Through hands- on training, you'll develop expertise in cutting, duplicating, and programming modern vehicle keys and key fobs while working directly with customers at major automotive retail locations.

What You'll Do

:

• Learn to cut, duplicate, and program vehicle keys and key fobs
• Assist customers with professionalism, confidence, and technical expertise
• Generate sales through customer interaction and product knowledge
• Accurately document transactions and customer information
• Manage inventory and maintain organized records
• Build a specialized skill set with real-world automotive applications What We're Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working on your feet and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the day
• Weekend availability
• Previous sales, automotive, locksmith, or technical experience is a plus, but not required
