Overview

: Join our dynamic team as a Channel Sales Order Entry Specialist, where your energy and expertise will drive success in our channel partner relationships. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our Channel Sales Support teams ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and strategic support to foster growth. Responsibilities

:

• Enter all sales orders into Acumatica (ERP) and Radius (production system) with accuracy.
• Attach required documentation to each estimate (e.g., Sales Orders, Label Estimates, Sales Tax Forms, Invoices).
• Verify all estimate details prior to distribution, including shipping information, tracking numbers, product quantities, sales tax, and freight methods.
• Partner with the Channel Sales Support team to review and validate sales orders for accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Channel Sales Support team to support training and manage order updates.
• Communicate effectively with team members through strong written and verbal skills.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy in all data entry tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and incorporating constructive feedback.
