Our growing, local insurance agency is seeking an enthusiastic, detail- oriented Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team full- time. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our agency, helping clients protect what matters most to them. You will manage the client relationship from initial contact through ongoing policy maintenance, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Assessment: Gather comprehensive initial information from prospects and current clients.
• Risk Analysis: Evaluate client needs and analyze potential risks to identify coverage gaps.
• Coverage Recommendation: Present and explain appropriate P&C; insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Policy Maintenance: Process policy change requests (endorsements) accurately and efficiently.
• Account Administration: Take payments, complete accurate data entry, and maintain highly diligent, detailed documentation notes within our agency management system.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, energetic office culture and support team goals.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance license is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including experience with agency management systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional thoroughness in data entry, note-taking, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Soft Skills: High enthusiasm, positive energy, outstanding communication, and a strong teamwork mindset.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or sales role within a small agency environment is a plus, but not required. Hourly rate and commission will be commensorate with experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
