Iron Shield Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company serving Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. We specialize in storm restoration, roof replacements, and insurance-backed roofing projects. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for motivated individuals who want a high-income opportunity with strong support and training.

What You'll Do

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to connect with homeowners
• Identify storm damage and roof replacement opportunities
• Schedule roof inspections for our project specialists
• Educate homeowners on insurance restoration options
• Work closely with our production team to close and complete projects
• Represent the company professionally in the field What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and goal-driven personality
• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable transportation required What We Offer
