With a curated selection of furniture, bedding, and accessories, our Guadalupe Street showroom also offers personalized design services for clients looking to furnish or refresh their homes with distinctive, high-quality pieces.

About the Role

: We're looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales and Design Associate to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail setting and has a natural talent for connecting with clients, designing spaces and driving sales. The position also requires side work such as cleaning, restocking, checking in and inspecting new merchandise, and store resets. Position is full time, roughly 35 - 37 hours per week. Training period will be part time, 4-hour shifts to train up the full time position. What We're Looking For

• Experience doing interior design for clients in a retail setting or with a design studio, ideally with a book of business
• Experience in high-end furniture and luxury retail sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture brands, styles, and materials
• A polished, professional demeanor with a friendly, outgoing attitude
• Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Enthusiasm for design and interiors
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Open availability, MUST have Sunday Availability
• Familiarity with Slack, shopify, gusto and google suite platforms is a helpful What We Offer
