REWARDS First-year on target earnings $55,000 $75,000+ Base hourly pay + uncapped commissions (earn what you're worth) Paid Training provided with licensing costs covered Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Professional growth opportunities and internal promotions REQUIREMENTS Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in Chicago Professional and self-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens in a fast-paced environment Must meet all licensing and legal background requirements RESPONSIBILITIES Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
