Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, effectively communicating our product offerings, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, making phone calls, documenting, utilizing CRM and networking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on lead status.
• Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in outbound calling techniques.
• Familiarity with sales software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients.
• A background in B2B sales
