Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outside Parts Sales Representative to drive parts sales growth across Oahu. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service in a field-based environment. The position is primarily focused on Oahu accounts, with the opportunity to support and grow neighbor island sales as needed. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow parts sales within Oahu accounts through proactive sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions
• Promote parts, programs, and seasonal offerings to increase sales
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
• Support neighbor island sales opportunities as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of sales experience required; parts or related industry experience preferred
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and order processing systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Structure

• Base salary + commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33,280.00 - $140,000.00 per year
