CNC Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a CNC Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturer of high-precision cutting tools, tool holding systems, and metal cutting solutions used for CNC machining in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities

:

• Work closely with both distributors and end users to build strong relationships and support growth in your territory across cutting tools, tooling systems, and CNC machining solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, arranging meetings, and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
• Promote carbide tooling, tool holders, and metal cutting solutions to machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturing customers.
• Meet with machine tool dealers and builders to discuss new cutting tool technologies, tooling systems, and machining solutions.
• Attend trade shows to promote and demonstrate cutting tools, tooling systems, and CNC machining productivity solutions.

Requirements

:

• Prior experience as a CNC machinist or CNC programmer is highly advantageous.
• One or more years of experience in a customer-facing position such as CNC Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or similar within cutting tools, metal cutting, CNC machining, manufacturing, or machine tools.
• Strong understanding of machining processes including milling, turning, tool selection, and general CNC metal cutting applications.
• Located within 1 hour of Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Willingness to travel within your territory to meet with customers, distributors, and end users.
• Valid driver's license. Additional Information:
• Manufacturer-based role focused on cutting tools, carbide tooling, tool holding systems, and CNC machining solutions.
